We will host orientation days for our students on July 9, 2024 – July 11, 2024 at our fully renovated, state-of-the-art campus in College Park! We are excited to welcome our students and families as you will be able to engage in campus tours, Q&A sessions, panel discussions to provide input on the upcoming academic year and more. Our parents will also be able to engage in their own Q&A and information sessions as well as campus tours. Please see the below schedule and stay tuned for details.

Grade Level Orientation Schedule

Grade 09: July 9, 2024 @ 10 AM

Grade 10: July 10, 2024 @ 10 AM

Grade 11: July 11, 2024 @ 10 AM

Rising 11th grade students will need to complete the Fulton County Schools Dual Enrollment Contract that is attached. The form requests signatures from both the student and parent/guardian. Attached is an example of the information you need to complete on the dual enrollment contract. Our Head School Counselor, Ms. Cosby, will complete the section on the application about your schedule, so please leave that section blank.

Rising Juniors will also be required to complete a Dual Enrollment application to Atlanta Technical College. Students will need their social security number to complete the application. If you do not have a social security number, you can still participate in Dual Enrollment, however, you will need to complete a paper application for ATC. Please email Ms. Cosby, our Head School Counselor at The Promise Career Institute at CosbyA@fultonschools.org if you need a paper application.

Previous communications and deadlines have been sent out pertaining to this, so please complete the Dual Enrollment Application for Atlanta Technical College by Friday, April 26, 2024.

For your school, select McClarin HS. McClarin HS no longer exists, but this makes it easier for Atlanta Tech to pull your application until PCI is listed in their system.
