Dear OB Families.
As we wrap up a fantastic first semester, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for making this school year so special. From the small moments of everyday learning to the larger events that bring us together, your dedication, enthusiasm, and support have truly made OB a wonderful place to be.
This year, our focus has been on building meaningful connections—helping each student find their unique place within our school community and exploring how each of us fits into the bigger picture. I am thrilled with the progress we’ve made so far, and I can't wait to see how we continue to grow and connect in the second semester.
I am so delighted to be the principal here at OB and feel incredibly grateful to work alongside such an amazing community. Together, we are shaping a school culture that is welcoming, inclusive, and focused on each student’s success. As we look ahead to 2025, I’m excited about all the activities, learning opportunities, and fun events that await us in the new semester.
Please enjoy your well-deserved winter break, spending time with your families and friends. I look forward to seeing all of you back here in the new year, refreshed and ready to continue our journey together.
Don't Forget, we will dismiss students at 1:15 p.m. today. Please be sure your child's teacher knows how they will be going home.
Warmly,
Dr. Stephanie Simon, Principal
