Last week, the senior class participated in the first Senior Seminar of the year at the Paul Sawyier Public Library. Students had the opportunity to meet with Franklin County Clerk Jeff Hancock and Mrs. Sabra Wooten about the election process and, for those students eligible to do so, to register to vote. In preparation for the Senior Portrait of a Panther Presentations, students worked in groups, showcasing their 1st quarter learning experiences and reflecting on their growth with collaboration and communication. Frankfort High School would like to thank Paul Sawyier Public Library for allowing our students to use this wonderful space.

The SSS Fall Festival, sponsored by the PTSA, was held on Saturday afternoon/evening. It was an enjoyable, community-building event. A huge thank you to the PTSA for putting on such a wonderful events of games, food, and prizes.

Mr. Rogers will host a Parent Cafe at FHS on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. to help parents and caregivers better understand the grading process through Gradient Learning. He has created a great one pager that is linked below.

Are changes in schedules and loud parades stressful for your students? Ms. Staples has created two social stories to use with your children during Homecoming week if these events have the potential to be stressful. Both social stories are linked below for your use.
