Attention Savage Fans, we have a State Qualifying Esports Team! Our Wynnewood High School Esports Team is a State Qualifier in Mario Kart! Last week I had the opportunity to attend a match, and let me tell you, it was a pretty cool experience! On that particular day, our Savages defeated Eufaula pretty handily! Coming up later this week they will take on Mt. Saint Mary’s in playoff competition!

Tickets are on sale for $15 in the library for the Snowball dance, which is Saturday, November 23rd. The dance will be from 8-11 pm. You don’t have to wear prom formal clothes, just wear your Sunday best! You will be required to fill out a dress code form as well as an out of town date form if you are bringing someone from another school. If you have any questions see Mrs. Trett.

Our MATC Student of the Week is Ms. Melissa Rodriguez. Melissa is a junior student at Wynnewood High School who is attending the Medical Office Assistant program at MATC. At the conclusion of her program she will receive certifications in Phlebotomy, Administrative Medical Assisting and Clinical Medical Assisting. She chose to attend MATC because she wanted to gain experience in the medical field. Her future plans are to attend college and study in the medical field.

Wynnewood's Got Talent Show is Thursday, December 5th. If you wish to attend the event, students must pay $3 to the office by Wednesday, December 4th. Performers are not required to pay entry into the show. Contestants MUST submit a video of their performance to Ms. Dixon via e-mail no later than Friday, November 22nd.

Community members can pay at the door to come watch the show!!
