We are in need of parent volunteers to help make this a success for our school library. This is also a great way to complete some of the required participation hours. A quick reminder is that every family must complete 30 volunteer hours by April 30.

Family Read In Night - Thursday Feb. 2

A cozy blanket, a good book, and family…all this together is happening on Thursday, February 2 from 5-7 p.m. The evening will offer a great opportunity to visit our Book Fair, and take time to read! Please mark your calendar for this wonderful family time with sharing the joy of reading!

OneCause - Online Fundraising Platform

We're super excited to introduce PTG's new fundraiser software, OneCause. You can start using immediately to collect pledges for the DANCE-A-THON (event is on Friday, Feb. 3rd). Not only will this website be useful in collecting for these types of fundraisers, but it is also a place to donate to specific needs at SAS, such as classroom supplies, CYO needs and PTG projects.

Priority Registration January 30 - March 31

Priority Registration for Kindergarten through 8th grades begins on Monday, January 30 for currently enrolled families.

Why register so early for next year? The end of the school year comes up fast. We will need to begin budgeting, purchasing curriculum and figuring out staffing for next year very soon. Without early knowledge, it makes it impossible to do the "business of the school".
Why is priority registration so long? So families with multiple students can spread out their enrollment fees. In fact we encourage this.
Can I still register after March 31? Of course you are able to register after March 31. However keep in mind that you may have forfeited your spot in the class by waiting. You will also be assessed a late fee.
What if I am not able to pay the registration fee by March 31? Let Kelly Meyer know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can assist you with the many tools we have at our disposal. The longer you wait, the less tools we are able to help you with.

After March 31 enrollment will be considered on a first come - first served basis. For any questions, contact Kelly Meyer at kelly.meyer@sasmanteca.org

CYO Volleyball Registrations

Registration is now open for CYO Volleyball for girls in grades 3-8. Students need to be enrolled in St. Anthony's School or in St. Anthony's Religious Education program to play. Registration forms can be found by clicking here.

Looking for Volunteers

We will be refurbishing our school library during the month of February. We need volunteers to assist with boxing books and taking out shelves the week of February 6th.

We will also need volunteers to help put books back on the shelves February 23rd and 24th.

Minimum Day - Wednesday, Feb 8

There will be a minimum day (noon dismissal) on February 8 for Teacher Professional Development. If your child will be at afterschool extended care, please remember to send a lunch.

PTG Meeting Feb. 15 at 6PM

The next PTG Meeting will be on Feb 15 in the school library at 6PM. You can also log in online through Google Meet by clicking here. Those that attend the meeting in person will receive a free dress pass for their child to use at a later date.

Please email scrip at scrip@sasmanteca.org to place your scrip order or call the school office. Remember to include a contact number. Any items we do not have in stock will automatically be put on backorder unless otherwise stated by you.

Please do not order physical cards through RaiseRight. If you would like physical cards please obtain them from our scrip office.

The online RaiseRight program is an excellent way to earn your Scrip profit on the go! ALL physical cards must be ordered through our Scrip office.
