CISD Tech Weekly Update -

By now you may have been prompted with an "Is this you?" question, or you might have had to use your App to get a code, or perhaps you experienced issues with audio or other strange events, and you had to login again with a code. Whatever the case, you probably had some indication that your multi-factor security is working! As always, please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns.

Coach Rector had a great comment on the Google App! He wanted to verify that his Google MFA was working, which was a great question. You might not notice any changes unless you tried to login to a new device or had to sign out and sign back into Google because something wasn't working properly. Mrs. Hinnard is a perfect example because her audio stopped working from her chromebook to the board. We troubleshooted, and all was resolved after she signed back in and was prompted to enter her code. Rector had skipped a step in the setup. Not only did he help us with his feedback, but he was the 5th person to reply and he won a Chick-Fil-A gift card!

Thanks to all of you that replied to our feedback request last week. GoGuardian was the favorite program. We also got good remarks on Exact Path, NWEA Map and Quizizz.
