- Unsafe touches hurt your body or feelings (hitting, kicking, pushing, pinching)
- You can say words that mean no to any kind of touch you don't want. We will practice refusing unwanted touches assertively.

Read-a-Thon
The 10-day event will be starting on February 7th for all K-8 students. This year's event will be raising money to provide grants to all three District 153 school libraries, and we have exciting gift baskets for every grade level. Parent information and Bookie's Homewood coupons will be going home with students next week.

Cook's Day Off at Aurelio's
Join us on Monday, January 24th, at Aurelio's Pizza in Homewood, for a Cook's Night Out! Mondays are a great excuse to let someone else do the cooking! Enjoy a delicious salad, sandwich, pasta or pizza for lunch or dinner and mention the fundraiser, to benefit Homewood PTA. Dine-In, carryout AND delivery orders count, you just need to mention the fundraiser when ordering!! Flier is attached.
