Welcome Back!
At Jefferson, the student’s achievements and the joy of learning is optimized and facilitated by supportive teachers, staff and administration in a challenging and exciting environment. The faculty and staff at Jefferson are committed to academic success in English Language Arts, Math and English Language Development. We offer students multiple opportunities to reach their fullest potential through grade level standards and intervention programs during and after school.
Jefferson's AVID and Engineering program prepares each of our TK-5th grade students for college and career while providing our students with well rounded opportunities inside and outside the classroom like Leader In Me, Playworks, and social emotional support. We value our partnership with our parents and families, thus we also offer parents multiple educational opportunities to support their children at home. Please join us and TOGETHER we will all celebrate our success!
Sincerely,
Principal, Roberto Estrada Jr.

Dismissal at Jefferson
After School Dismissal
All students will need to be dismissed with their teacher. No exceptions will be made.
For the safety of our students each grade and teacher has been assigned a gate where they will be dismissed. Please review the map above so that you can arrive on time to the designated location.
Please plan on the following:
1. Jefferson is a BIG campus, please arrive early and park in streets and pay attention to the NO PARKING restrictions.
2. If you are picking up more than one student, ALWAYS pick up the youngest child first and then pick up the other student.
3. BE SAFE: No double parking, Don't stopping in the middle of the road. These create a safety hazard for your child and we will need to report this to the authorities. Remember: we are mandated reporters.
4. Always park your car. We will NEVER release a student to a parent who did not get out of their car. If you are picking up 4th or 5th grade students on 104th, you must park your car and walk to the gate in order for us to release your child.
5. If your child is in 3rd, 4th or 5th grade and you give them permission to walk home, please complete the form below. Students will not be released unless the form is completed.

Providing and issuing technology to the students of the Lennox School District is an essential goal of our District’s commitment of placing our students on the Flight Path to Success.
The use of District technology is a privilege permitted at the District's discretion and is subject to the conditions and restrictions outlined in applicable Board policies, administrative regulations, and this Device Loan Agreement. The District reserves the right to suspend access at any time, without notice, for any reason. The District expects all students to use technology responsibly to avoid potential problems and liability.
Each student who is authorized to use district technology and his/her parent/guardian shall sign this Device Loan Agreement as an indication that they have read and understand the agreement. Students must keep their Chromebooks in good working condition and properly notify a teacher of Lennox School District official of any defect, damage, or malfunction.
