PBIS Family Survey
In CHUH, part of our mission is to establish and maintain an effective learning environment and positive school climate by implementing behavioral supports needed for all students to achieve social, emotional and academic success. To that end, every year, we conduct a parent survey for families to provide input and feedback on current PBIS practices in our school. The responses to the surveys are anonymous. Emails and names are not collected, and the survey only takes a few minutes to complete. Your feedback is used by our school to identify family perception of the implementation of school-wide PBIS. You can complete the survey using this link: Roxboro Elem Parent Survey
Thank you for your support!

Families should get their childen to the school no later than 6:20 and the students will sit with their families until we call them to the stage when it is time to perform. If families want to come and see the program in the afternoon at 2:30, they are also welcome. We are looking forward to the show!
Gifted Department Seeking Input
Please see the Gifted Root Cause link to register to apply for the root cause analysis committee in the distrct. The goal is for the root cause analysis committee to include staff, family, and community members who represent the diversity of CH-UH Schools. The district is seeking members who can provide valuable insight, expertise, and perspectives on ways to improve our disproportionate identification of gifted students. Members should bring a collaborative spirit, open mind, a willingness to engage in inquiry, meaningful dialogue, and trust in the root cause analysis process.

It is important that students get to school on time as we start testing at 9:00A. It is also important that your child gets enough sleep and is ready to do their best. The students have worked really hard this year and we want the test to reflect what they know how to do.
The District has adopted a plan for communications with persons with disabilities, which is available at the following link: Communication Plan.
