BHS Happenings

Bloomfield High School will be closed on Monday, February 17th and Tuesday, February 18th next week for President's Day and Professional Development. On February 18th at 6:00 p.m. BHS will host the first round of the CCC Basketball Tournament, where the BHS Warhawks are currently ranked #1, there opponent is still to be determined. Please come out and support the Warhawks in their quest for a CCC Title.

This year is flying by and we are already 2 1/2 weeks away from Quarter 3 Progress Reports! This upcoming Winter Recess will be a great time for students to catch up on their work and prepare themselves to finish the quarter strong.

We are excited to announce all of our students who made High Honors and Honors for Quarter 2! We have another long list of students to celebrate. Stay tuned for information regarding the upcoming Quarter 2 Honor Roll Ceremony, which is currently being planned and will be announced soon!

• On Friday, February 7th, BHS' Girls Varsity Basketball Co-Op Team defeated Stafford, 35-23.
• On Monday, February 10th, BHS' Girls Varsity Basketball Co-Op Team defeated Academy of Computer Science and Engineering, 49-17.

Boys Basketball:

• On Wednesday, February 5th, BHS' Boys Varsity Basketball Team defeated Conard, 60-57.
• On Monday, February 10th, BHS' Boys Varsity Basketball Team fell to Northwest Catholic, 51-54.

Wrestling:

• On Friday, February 7th, BHS' Wrestling Co-Op Team competed in the CCC Tournament. Congratulations to Junior, Dorian Pollard-Betsey who advanced to the second round and competed on Saturday, February 8th.
