Hello West Fork Gators,

The first semester is almost over and a break is right around the corner. Just a few things for the end of the semester.

• Attendance next week is required for all classes unless a student qualified & completed the exam exemption form . Students are only eligible to exempt up to 3 classes.
• No final exams will be administered early.
• Make- up tests should be coordinated with the teacher. (Week of Dec 12th or Jan 2nd)
• In order for students to obtain credit for 1st semester courses their semester average must be 70 or above. Students who do not receive credit for required courses for graduation will repeat the course.
• Please check Skyward to check the progress of your child's grades.

Report Card 2 will be posted to Skyward portfolio on or before January 6, 2023.

Final Exams will take place December 12th-15th; students will NOT be permitted to take any exams early - no exceptions. The fall final exam schedule is attached below.

Our West Fork families went above and beyond to express their appreciation to our staff. The luncheon was a big hit and our staff enjoyed fellowship and EXCELLENT food! Thank you to all who contributed, we truly felt loved and appreciated! Merry Christmas from the West Fork Staff!

On January 3, 2023 students will report to their 1st semester ,1st period class to receive a copy of their second semester schedule. There may be some schedule changes second semester due to class leveling. Students who do not earn first semester credit may be put into a course to recover credit.
