Forgot Old Password Error Screen

· When students change their password while still logged into their account somewhere they may see a screen with the message Your Password has changed since the last time you signed in.

EDU WIFI for Chromebooks

· Follow these EDU WIFI Troubleshooting tips if any of your Chromebooks fail to connect correctly to the updated EDU WIFI Profile.

Chrome OS 120 LTS (Long-Term Support) Channel

· If your Chromebooks have not updated to Chrome OS 120, you can follow these steps here to update them manually.

• How to Check the Chrome OS Version of a Chromebook

• Chromebooks that are already at Chrome OS 120 or above do not need to be updated. They are ready to be used for all testing purposes.

Chromebook Models Not Good for Testing

· Old Dell 11 Chromebooks

· Old HP 11 Chromebooks (G5/G5 EE or below)

Basic iPad Troubleshooting

· When your iPads are giving you trouble you can’t go wrong with these simple troubleshooting steps.

· Wiping an iPad is an easy way to fix Software Related Issues for an iPad.

· If an iPad is not updated it can cause apps on the iPads to have issues.
