Check out the prize video, too. Walk a Thon Prizes Video
Students will walk with their grade level after recess between 1:00-3:15 then enjoy a slice of pizza donated by Domino's Pizza. Families are welcome to cheer for all walkers at the event.
This is the ONLY FUNDRAISER of the year and we need everyone's help and support to meet our goal of raising $30,000 for Glen Lake School.
$30,000 = $60 per student. Do your best to raise money! Every dollar counts!
HOW DOES IT WORK??
Students are going to ask family and friends to help support Glen Lake School.
A single donation will be made-not based on laps or minutes walked.
- Ask friends, family, neighbors, co-workers or business associates.
- Check with Employers for Employee Matching.
- Cash or Checks make out to "Glen Lake PTO" can be collected.
- Online donations can be made through FUND MONKEY. Use the student donation ID code located on your yellow envelope. Please check YES to help offset the transaction fee.
- 6th Grade families - the Walk a Thon is also a Wolf Ridge fundraiser! 50% of the money raised (up to $200) can go toward your student’s individual Wolf Ridge trip fund and 50% to Glen Lake.
