Principal's Message

As we near the end of this important 8th-grade year, we want to recognize the significant milestone your children are reaching. They are about to transition from middle school to high school, a moment that brings both excitement and a bit of nostalgia. Over the course of this year, we've seen them grow academically, socially, and personally, and we are incredibly proud of the young adults they are becoming.

March 17 marks the start of our final quarter of the year, and to celebrate this transition, we will be planning activities to honor their promotion. We encourage you to talk with them about their future goals and continue supporting them in keeping the momentum they've built throughout the year.

As they prepare for their state assessments, let's cheer them on as they take these important exams. The results will help their future high school counselors determine which courses will best suit their needs, whether that’s honors classes or additional support. Though their time with us is coming to an end, they are getting ready to embark on an exciting new journey as high schoolers!

High School Course Selection

Later this month, high school counselors will meet with our students to talk about the available course offerings and programs. Depending on the high school they’ll be attending, students may choose their courses and take their selections home for parents to review.

For more details on registration, please visit your student’s high school website or check their social media pages.
