School Attendance
As we transition into the colder months, we’re beginning to see an uptick in illnesses such as colds and flu. While health and wellness remain our top priority, we also want to emphasize the importance of regular school attendance for your child’s academic growth and success.
If your child has a fever, we kindly ask that you keep them home to rest and recover fully before returning to school. This not only helps your child get back to feeling their best but also helps prevent the spread of illness to others.
However, if your child is feeling a little “off” in the morning but does not have a fever, we encourage you to have them give school a try. Even being present for part of the day allows them to engage with their learning, stay connected with their teachers and peers, and gain valuable instruction that is difficult to replicate outside the classroom.
Thank you for your continued support in prioritizing both your child’s health and their education. Together, we can help our students thrive academically while maintaining a safe and healthy school environment.
