Field Trip May 1st
**Did you return your permission form?**
Join the fun May 1st at 10AM for our walking field trip day.
**For grades K-5**
We're heading to Happy Found Farm! Get ready to meet farm animals and learn about sustainable agriculture. Please wear "farm" shoes.
**For grades 6-8**
Scientists will walk to the river for an outdoor learning experience to apply learning and delve into the secrets of our local ecosystem.
**Important Notes**
- Kindly ensure your signed permission forms are returned before Wednesday, May 1st for a seamless morning experience.
- If your student is planning to bring a water bottle, please send them with a small drawstring bag or lightweight backpack.
- All students will be back on campus in time for their regular 12PM lunch period.

Learning Spotlight: The Eclipse
Caught on camera: Our middle school science students got to observe the partial solar eclipse during lunch on Monday, April 8th. Big thanks to Mrs. Ward's brother, Andrew Smith, for donating solar eclipse glasses to make this event fun AND SAFE!

State Testing Details
Reminder for our middle school students: Group A (last names A-G plus Axel, Jordan, Jaiden, & Ben) will not attend school on days that Group B is testing (last names H-Z) and vice versa. No classes K-8 classes on Wednesday, May 8th.
Plan for 2 hours per test session, but parents will get a phone call when their students are ready to be picked up. The testing schedule posted here lists start times for each date.
