Parents,

We had a fun and busy week at Belton Elementary!

Our students had a daily lesson for Red Ribbon Week on the importance of being Drug Free. We welcomed presenters from the Anderson County Coroner Office and from AnMed.

We were also excited to have Fire Prevention Day. A huge shoutout to the Belton Fire Department for always partnering with our school. We appreciate them! To top the week off...our cafeteria staff cooked a wonderful Thanksgiving meal for our school!

We all have so much to be thankful for. I hope you and your family have the best Thanksgiving!

You must call the office if you need to change the transportation for how your child normally gets home. Messaging the teacher on Class Dojo will not work because teachers will most likely not see your message until students are already gone.

If your child is a car rider and would like to eat breakfast at school, please be sure to get them to school as early as possible to give them plenty of time to eat. The hot breakfast line ends at 7:35am. I would suggest getting your child to school before 7:30am to ensure they are getting a hot breakfast, and are not rushed.

The tardy bell will ring at 7:45am. Students must be in their classroom by 7:45am in order to not be tardy. Parents must park and walk their child in if they are tardy.

Students will not be allowed to be dismissed from class after 2:00pm without administrator approval. Please plan doctor appointments accordingly.

Breakfast and Lunch are free for all of our students this year!
