A note from the principal's desk...
WOW, we have seen LOTS of sickness lately! Just a reminder (for our kids) from our wonderful memories of pandemic days: use hand sanitizer / wash hands often, cough and sneeze into your elbows. Drink lots of water and eats lots of fruit!
Also, your child must be fever free without medication for 24 hours before they can return back to school. If they throw up, we also request that you keep them home until they have not for 24 hours.
During the week of December 19-23, we will have a door decorating contest at school, spirit week days and an all school stem challenge on Friday! We know that this time of year can either be a time of excitement or a time of stress. We will do our best to ensure a focus on social and emotional health along with enriching learning activities.
However, if you have any specific needs, please reach out to us so we can help in any way we can.
Please reach out if you have any questions!
Have a great week everyone!
Scott

RP Volleyball Youth Clinic
Volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in the nation, and we have added boys club volleyball in the spring here at the high school for the past few years. In the next few years, the hope is for boys volleyball to be the next sanctioned sport by the MHSAA. They also just announced a professional women's volleyball team in Grand Rapids for 2024.
If you could please make sure these flyers get passed out, that would be awesome! The clinic is offered to 3rd/4th grade girls and 5th/6th grade girls and boys! Please encourage everyone to consider this clinic, as it leads nicely into our 5th/6th grade Power League in the early Spring (also open to girls and boys).
Reeths-Puffer Fishing Team (6th grade only!!)

A message from our food service director
Please complete a school lunch application if your income has changed since you last filled one out or if you have not yet completed one this year. This information is super helpful for R-P funding, but also necessary for food service to have if an additional round of P-EBT cards go out. Complete the form online at lunchapp.com. THANK YOU!
