Congratulations to Ashton Garcia on being named student of the month for the month of January. What a way to start the new year👍. Keep up the great work. Ashton is a muti-sport student athlete who exemplifies exactly what it means to be that. A student first, Ashton takes care of his responsibilities inside the classroom, and an athlete, after recovering from knee surgery Ashton has continued to be a pivotal piece of the Tiger athletics success. Way to go Ashton Garcia, and again congratulations.

Yes, here at Hot Springs High School, we are fortunate to have groups and members of the community invested in the success of our students. This fact, combined with having a community schools coordinator to guide and direct these supports toward the immediate needs of the student body, makes us a community school.

The community school's coordinator at Hot Spring High, is Coach Robert Corner. Though it is Coach Corner's first year in the position, he is eager to learn and ambitious to be a positive impact on the betterment of the students. For any student needs you can find Coach Corner in the main office, email him at RCorner@torcschools.net, or call the high school (575) 894-8350 Ext. 5103.

If you'd like more information about our school as a community school, be sure to catch Coach Corner at the parent teacher conferences Feb. 13th & 14th. He will be set up in the front atrium and/or the main office at the high school both days.
