Graduate Salary Increment (Plus Credits Application)
The deadline for this school year to submit any application for graduate salary increments must be submitted to Jeanne Campbell by Tuesday, May 30, 2023. All applications must be submitted on DEEDS and all official transcripts must be sent to Jeanne Campbell before this date.
Any applications received after this date will be for next school year 2023-2024.

Timesheets
Timesheets need to be entered and approved by 9am, Monday morning after payday.
For example, pay day was 3/24/23, so approvals for the 4/6/23 check need to be done by 9am Monday, 3/27/23.
Payroll is unable to request on demand checks for extra time worked and the time owed will be paid on the following check.
Nutrition Services Needs your help
The Passport to Global Flavors program allows Colonial School District students to try foods and flavor profiles from various cultures around the world on the last Tuesday of each month.

WEexceed Afterschool Spotlight!
Walking In Honor: Saturday Breakfast Amongst Men
On Saturday, March 25, 2023 Colonial School District partnered with Amongst Men Incorporated to provide a thought-provoking and insightful, Walking in HonorTM program to recognize CSD male students in grades fourth through ninth who are attempting to triumph over adversities in their personal and school life. Sixty CSD male students were nominated by their school to participate. Students who attended enjoyed a hearty breakfast, inspirational discussions, coaching sessions and sports activities with their peers, family, AMI and Colonial Staff.
