LOST AND FOUND - Please Stop by During Conferences!
An excerpt from the Student Handbook ....... Lost articles are collected and displayed in a designated Lost and Found area in each elementary school. It is helpful to have the students' names on their belongings. Students should personally check the Lost and Found area. Parents/guardians are also welcome to check this area after signing in at the visitor’s entrance. Unclaimed articles will be donated if not claimed by the end of each set of parent conferences and after the last day of school.
Lost and Found will be located near the Visitor's Entrance on conference days.
CORI Verification Process
Prior to the COVID pandemic, the required verification of identity for CORI forms was completed at individual schools. During the pandemic, the State of Massachusetts allowed people to submit a
photocopy of their state issued photo identification with the completed CORI form. The State has returned to its original procedures and no longer allows us to accept a photocopy as verification of identity.
We are returning to our previous practice of having these forms verified at school at our Welcome Window. The HR Department in Town Hall is also available to verify forms. They are open from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, until 12:00 PM on Friday and on Wednesday evenings until 8:00 PM, which may also be convenient.
In addition to this, the Human Resource Department will be available to verify CORI forms at the Jordan/Jackson Spring Conferences this week. Below is when they will be available:
Thursday, March 21, 2025
HR will be there from 1:15pm - 2:15pm
Thursday, March 21, 2025
HR will be there from 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday, March 21, 2025
HR will be there from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
