Our Focus - Pillars of Excellence
Community
Hot Dogs have a strong sense of Community at Frankfort High School. We recognize that students and staff who feel connected to each other and to the community at large have more opportunities for success. Students have scheduled time to connect with other teachers, students and counselors. Parents have the opportunity to connect with FHS with events like Freshman Orientation and Parent/Teacher Conferences to FAFSA Completion nights. FHS creates strong partnerships with a multitude of organizations such as Healthy Communities, IUK, Ivy Tech to name just a few!
Literacy
Literacy is a cornerstone of success at every level of education. FHS recognizes the importance of students experiencing grade-level approprirate texts, while focusing on comprehension.
It's imperative that students have the knowledge and skills they need to read a variety of academic materials with understanding, are able to use reading as a tool to deepen their knowledge of challenging academic content across a variety of instructional areas, and are capable of reading for a variety of purposes throughout their lives, including reading for enjoyment and enhancement.
Post-Secondary
FHS students will be on target to achieve a post-secondary pathway as measured by the CSF pathway readiness indicators. Indicators focus on strong attendance, credits earned, pathway completion indicators, executive functioning skills, and a clear path to employment, enrollment, or enlistment. The vast experiences that are provided allow our students to explore diverse avenues to post-secondary success!
Meet our Admin Team
Jennifer Miller
Principal
It is with great pride and honor that I step into the role of principal at a school that holds such a special place in my heart. Returning to Frankfort High School is both a personal and a professional milestone. I have vivid memories of my own experiences here– moments of growth, learning, and camaraderie that I cherish deeply. I am eager to build on the strong traditions and continue to increase the educational opportunities for all students. It is an honor to contribute to the community that helped shape my own educational journey. My vision for FHS includes not only maintaining the traditions and strengths that have defined us but also exploring new avenues for growth and innovation.
Our dedicated FHS staff have been working diligently to prepare for the new school year. We have focused on making it possible to offer our students the Indiana Common Core (ICC), which is the equivalent of the core requirements of the first year of college, and are now focusing our goals on offering our students the opportunity to earn their high school diploma and up to two years of college credits at the same time. Our partnerships with Ivy Tech and Indiana University will allow our student body to take many dual credit courses while in high school and save thousands of dollars in potential tuition expenses. Frankfort High School is proud to provide many opportunities to help our students be successful no matter what path they choose to pursue – a post secondary education, enter the workforce, or join the military.

Paul Luebcke
Assistant Principal
As an Assistant Principal for Frankfort High School, it is an honor and privilege to have the opportunity to serve both staff and students as we continue to create an environment of growth and success for all students. Being able to work within the field of education over the past fourteen years has afforded me many opportunities to play a role in the development of students and watch as they enter society as young men and women who are destined to become world-changers in their fields of expertise. As I continue to serve the CSF population, I see everyday how the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our students, staff, and families creates meaningful learning opportunities for all.
