As we approach January, you might be thinking about your W2. Did you know that you can receive this electronically through the Staff Portal? Make sure to log in soon, go to "pay history" and select the electronic option.

Did you complete your required trainings before the September 30, 2024 deadline? If not, please do it very quickly as we will soon be getting in touch with the supervisors of those who have not completed these requirements.
Also, if you would like your GCN email changed to your work email address, please notify Debbie Waltman at dwaltman@avongrove.org.
Credible Coverage - Medicare Eligible Employees
Credible coverage letters have been sent. If you did not receive a letter and feel that you need one, please request one by sending Karen Ambrose an email at kambrose@avongrove.org . Please note that this is for Medicare eligible individuals only.

Tuition Reimbursement Pre-Approval Window
Applications for Winter/Spring course reimbursement will be accepted from October 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST through November 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST. No applications for Winter/Spring course reimbursement will be accepted after November 15 at 4:00 p.m. EST.
Pre-approvals will be processed, in order of the date and time the fully completed pre-approval form was received by the Personnel Office. In the event that the form is not fully completed, or that any required information is not provided, the pre-approval form will not be processed until the application is complete.
