YouTube Interactive Questions in Google Classroom Assignments

GoNoodle: A Resource to Embed Whole Learner Approaches Into your Day
As we continue our approach to whole learner pedagogy, we may need to up our game as we approach break. GoNoodle is an excellent source of activities, games, routines that support teaching to the whole learner.
In the linked video below is a three minute mindfulness activity titled "Off Track," that can help all of us regulate our mindbody and get back "on track." Plus it is a guided activity which means you can save your own energy and participate too!
