To make this dance unforgettable, we need your help! Sign up to volunteer and join us in creating a magical evening for our students! We need as much parental support in volunteering as possible- we thank you in advance for stepping up and lending a hand!
**Volunteer Opportunities Include:**
- Assisting with setup and cleanup

**Food Donations:**
If you’ve signed up to donate food items or juice boxes, please drop them off at the Life Science Lab between 7:45 AM and 10:00 AM on Friday. Your contributions are greatly appreciated!
**Parking & Transportation:**
We encourage everyone to carpool, walk, or park at the library and walk to the campus. This will help ease traffic and ensure a smooth experience for all.
**Important Safety Rules:**
Please note that the playgrounds and the rest of the campus will be closed during the event. Children will need to stay within the designated dance area. Make sure to remind your kids of these rules – anyone found in restricted areas will be asked to leave. We need everyone's cooperation to ensure safety and keep the party fun for all!
We have worked hard to put together this first ever school dance for all to enjoy!
Let’s make this a night to remember! Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Summer Life Science Lab Volunteers DESPERATELY Needed!
The life science lab DESPERATELY needs volunteers over the summer - so far we have scheduled 3 trainings and *no one* has signed up for this summer to care for the animals! As amazing as Mrs. Gibson and Ms. Stephanie are, they too deserve a summer vacation!!!
Our Life Science classes are only possible with the help of parent volunteers like you. Please sign up on MTK to attend one of the remaining training sessions this Friday after school or Saturday at 10am. If neither of these dates or times are possible with your schedule, please reach out to Mrs. Gibson at: jgoyhenetchegibson@conejousd.org OR our PTA President at earthsptapres@gmail.com
Garden Work Day: THIS Saturday, June 8th
Come out to the garden THIS Saturday, June 8th anytime between 9:00 am and noon for our LAST work day of the school year! This is an excellent opportunity for families to work together, make new friends, and see the fruits of your labor! The saying, “Many hands make light work,” definitely applies to the gardens at EARThS.
Feel free to bring gardening gloves and/or other gardening tools to help with gardening tasks but we have equipment, too.
