⭐ SOESC Earned High Performing ESC Award for the 8th Consecutive Year through OESCA

⭐ All Districts for Region 14 Received Perfect Special Education Ratings

⭐ Safety Upgrades for both the Hillsboro and Wilmington Offices

⭐ Celebrating 28 New Employees for a Grand Team Total of 118

SOESC Team Members joined Sleep In Heavenly Peace Clinton County by delivering beds to children in need. A total of 33 beds were delivered by all SHP volunteers on Sunday, December 10, 2023. A total of 436 beds in Clinton County have been delivered by Sleep in Heavenly Peace Clinton County.

A total of $ was raised by SOESC Team Members to donate to the Wilson's Home in Adam's County.

The Wilson's Home will use donations to provide Christmas to children in need.

Team SOESC took part in a painting party as a team builder event thanks to SageTree Studio. We thank all of those who participated and we thank SageTree Studio for allowing this opportunity.

   • Resolution: "I commit to investing in my professional development throughout the coming year. This involves attending relevant workshops, conferences, and webinars, as well as seeking out new teaching methodologies and resources. By staying current on educational trends and continuously improving my skills, I aspire to provide the best possible learning experience for my students."

3. Cultivate a Positive Classroom Culture:

   • Resolution: "I resolve to prioritize the social and emotional well-being of my students by cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom culture. This includes promoting a sense of belonging, emphasizing empathy and respect, and implementing strategies that support students' mental health. By creating a supportive learning environment, I aim to contribute to the overall success and happiness of my students."
