A Message from our Principal🏫
Lawtell families,
At Lawtell, we believe that collaboration between students, parents, teachers, and the community is key to our students' success. To ensure every student reaches their full potential, we must work together to foster a culture of attendance, responsibility, and support.
Attendance is a cornerstone of academic achievement. When students are in class every day, they have the opportunity to engage, participate, and grow. Consistent attendance allows our teachers to deliver impactful instruction and helps students build routines that are vital for lifelong learning.
We also encourage students to take ownership of their work. This personal investment in their education empowers them to meet challenges, develop resilience, and celebrate their successes. We ask our families to reinforce this ownership by encouraging study habits at home and celebrating their child’s progress.
Parental involvement is invaluable to this process. Your engagement—whether as a member of PTO or Family Engagement Committee, at school events, or by supporting learning at home—plays a significant role in motivating our students and helping them see the importance of education.
Let’s work together to create a positive environment for our children. Together, we can help every student at Lawtell reach new heights of success. Please take a moment and read about what's happening at Lawtell.
Thank you for your continued support and commitment!
