8th Grade MVHS Visit
This message is regarding the upcoming 8th-grade visit to Mounds View High School on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 9:35-11:15am. Students will travel by bus to MVHS for an orientation program that includes a large group presentation, activity fair, and building tour. Students will be in groups of approximately 10 students for the majority of their time at Mounds View High School. Chippewa staff will be attending and supervising along with MVHS staff.
This will be a great time for students to become more acquainted with the school, meet Mustang Mentors, and get introduced to their deans along with MVHS teachers and administration. Students do not need to bring anything to the visit, and we will arrive back at Chippewa in time for 8th-grade lunch.
We plan to take all 8th graders on the MVHS visit, however, if you prefer that your student not attend please complete this opt-out form.
Teacher Appreciation Week - May 6-10.
