This presentation will help youth become familiar with the process of engaging with adult providers and how the adult healthcare system works. This presentation will also help youth learn how to prepare for an appointment, what to take to the appointment, and what to expect at the appointment.

Family S.T.A.R. is Florida’s Family to Family Health Information Center (F2FHIC), funded by the U.S. Dept. of Health, under the Health Resources Services Administration.
