In preparation for your graduation we need you to verify your correct legal name for your diploma.

Your diploma name MUST be your LEGAL name on your birth certificate -- First, Middle (if you have one), Last Name and Suffix (if you have one -- ex: Jr., II, III). No Exceptions! It CANNOT be your nickname, your preferred name or what your friends call you.

You can view your information we have on file by logging into your Aeries account -- choose the Student Info tab and look under Demographics. Please check the name in your account and COMPLETE THIS SURVEY (or click the button below) **ONLY** IF YOUR NAME IS INCORRECT. It is important that your name be correct on your diploma.

The last chance to reply is Wednesday, January 15th, 2025.

Complete this form and let us know what your plan is! Whether it's a two-year, four-year, trade/vocational school, working full-time, or the military - we want to hear about it and congratulate you on the huge accomplishment!! Your responses will be shared with teachers & staff so that we can congratulate you around campus! It will also be shared on the school's new marquee and socials to show our pride in our Mustangs to the community!!

* Be sure to commit to your school of choice by May 1st (Or the new deadline!) - National Commitment Day! (UCs and CSUs have announced a May 15th deadline, check your colleges website for more information about their commitment deadline!)

** Remember to decline your spot at the college campus you will not be attending, that way you will free up a spot for a student on their waitlist!

Hello Senior Students and Families--

Deadline #1: Select your Senior Portraits by Jan 17 If you sat for a Senior Portrait session with Lifetouch, you'll need to let us know which pose you want in the yearbook. We will be running drape, tux, or cap and gown shots only. Make your selection a prestigeportraits.com by January 17. If you did not get your portrait done with Lifetouch, we'll be running the photo that they took for your ID.

Deadline #2: Senior Ads deadline extended!You still have time to purchase a senior ad for your student! The deadline has been extended to January 31 at midnight.

Senior ads are a great way to honor and congratulate your Senior for their hard work in high school. Ads will run in the back of the book and are created and personalized by you!

Our publisher offers a platform for you to design your ad that has been upgraded to make it much more user-friendly than it was. You can also design your ad by using an online graphic design program like Canva (which offers lots of options when you create a free account) and uploading it to the Walsworth site. Use this quick tutorial video the yearbook staff made if you are not sure how to get started. Be sure to size your image using the measurements in the video.

Ads start at $180. You can find more information and purchase your ad (and your yearbook) at www.yearbookforever.com.

RHS is CONTINUING our yearly tradition where our graduating seniors walk through the halls of their former elementary school sites to encourage our younger students and show them how exciting graduation is! RHS Seniors will walk through the Kindergarten area as a celebration in their cap, gown and stoles on the dates for specific schools!

All RHS Seniors that attended Cordelia Hills, Mundy, Oakbrook OR Suisun Valley are invited to join in this celebration and MUST have their own transportation to get to the sites. If you do not complete the form, you will not be able to attend as we need an accurate record of who will be attending. Your absence from 1stor 2nd period will be excused. Mrs. Cherry will meet you all at the elementary school front office area, line up and walk through Kindergarten into the rest of their campus!

This is an optional activity for our C/O 2025 Seniors to be a part of and it is NOT mandatory. We will be cross referencing students to ensure that they DID attend the schools that they are signed up for. Students with discipline issues or concerns will not be permitted to attend on this date.

Forms will close on May 1 so please don't wait! Caps, gowns and stoles will arrive from Jostens by May 1st so that we have them for the walks!

Please sign up for the elementary feeder school that you attended!

*First deposit is $200 to hold your spot
