Using Google Meet and Appointment Schedule on Calendar for Meetings/Conferences
The Technology Department has made some changes to Google Meet recently due to the limited amount of Zoom licenses now available. With Google Meet, you can invite people outside of the Marysville School District domain. This LINK , or the one provided below, will give you access to a screen capture video that will walk you through how to set-up a co-host to host Google Meet meetings via Google Calendar. The video also explains how to use Appointment Schedule on Google Calendar to have people (even outside of the Marysville School District domain) book appointments with you easily. This Appointment Schedule feature can be used for the upcoming conferences week or to use on a regular basis throughout the school year.
CodeHS 2022 CSEdWeek School Visits
CSEdWeek 2022 is coming up December 5th - 11th! To celebrate, CodeHS will be visiting classrooms around the country to either help you run an Hour of Code or simply visit your computer science class. CodeHS has over 25 Hour of Code tutorials available for free. Tutorials include creating virtual worlds, coding with data visualizations, generating beats with code, and more.
