What's Happening this Week...
Westview Week of 2/3-2/7
"IgKnight the Power"
Parents/Guardians
Wow! It is already February. Time is moving quickly. This week is counselor appreciation. We truly appreciate our stellar counselors and would like to thank them for all they do for our staff and students.
We have several events this week; please review the dates below and make sure to join us.
Third quarter progress grades were posted on Friday, January 31st. Please review Parent Vue and discuss grades with your students. Let’s make sure we are taking care of business and striving to do our best now and not wait for the last minute. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your student’s teachers with specific questions for their classes.
Please ensure that your student is on time to school each day, as punctuality is crucial for academic success. Encourage your student to complete all homework and class assignments timely. Regular attendance is essential, so please make sure your student attends school every day unless they are truly ill. Stay involved in your student’s education by regularly checking Parent Vue for updates on grades and assignments.
As we celebrate counselor appreciation this week, our counselors would like to remind students and parents of the services they offer. Counselors are available for academic advising, personal and social support, and college and career planning. They are here to help students navigate their educational journey and achieve their goals. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them for assistance.
Parents of our incoming freshman, please join us for our Coffee talk this Friday, February 7th. Please see the Flyer below.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community. We look forward to a successful and productive week ahead.
Have a wonderful week!
Warmest wishes,
Westview Administration
