Quick Update
PVE Families,
We are looking forward to welcoming all of you to Pleasant View this August. If you are new to the school, WELCOME! If you are returning to us, we are so glad to have you! Please be sure to help out any of your new neighbors who have moved in and need to register: School Registration / School Enrollment and Registration (westada.org) You may also forward this information to them.
We have been working hard this summer to add members to this team and prepare for the growth we are experiencing: Every grade level will see a change. We will begin to introduce staff shortly. Check out our Facebook page for those updates to come.
Please stay tuned for some very important information coming your way regarding the start of school. I will be sending out another update in a couple of weeks after our office opens and when we have some solidified dates and times for our Meet the Teacher Event. For now, please note that school begins on August 26th.
In the meantime, don't forget to update your PowerSchool information--as this will be how you can see your child's teacher. *Class lists are still in flux as we continue to register and add students to our enrollment. So, until a day or two before school starts, lists are tentative.
I am also including the link to the School Nutrition site should you need to see lunch menus, place money on a student account, or to apply for our Free and Reduced Lunch Program, as well as the link to School Transportation. Bussing information should be available about a week before school.
I also know that many of you have been asking for the School Supply List, so I have included a link to that list as well. Please note that your child may need to replenish items from this list throughout the year. I encourage you to think ahead and plan for those replacements while items are on sale.
