Note: This weekly newsletter is being sent to all of our enrolled families, both those at the Broadway K-8 campus and those whose students attend class at Operation Breakthrough, so that all families are aware of upcoming events. If your child attends classes at Operation Breakthrough and you are not sure which items apply to you, please do not hesitate to ask!

School photos will be taking place at our Broadway campus tomorrow! You should have received an email from Jostens last week with details, including those in the graphic below. On photo day, students are not required to wear their school uniform, but please avoid wearing green, as it will not work with the green screen technology used for the photos.

Our first quarter incentive is underway! The Kickin' It in the Park outing will take place on October 17th, and all students at the Broadway campus are eligible to earn this park visit. Students who have spent 100% of time in class and have 2 or fewer buddy room visits between 10/2 and 10/16 will get to go to Gillham Park and chill with friends for a portion of the school day! Please reach out to Mr. Butler with any questions!

This year's Fall Fun Fest will be held on Thursday, October 17th from 6-7:30 pm in the school parking lot and playground. This year’s theme is a massive tailgate, so bring your favorite game day spirit! Enjoy a variety of activities, including delicious food, a spooky trunk or treat, exciting ticket games, and fun free games for all ages. All PreK through 8th grade families are welcome and encouraged to attend this fun annual event!

We need your help to make this event a success! Volunteers are needed to host trunks, donate candy and drinks, and assist with setup and teardown, and you can sign up here! Don't miss this evening of festive fun and community spirit—mark your calendars and join us for a night to remember!
