June Qmlativ Bulletin

We are just 1 week away from migrating to Qmlativ, the next version of the Skyward system. The end of June will mark more than 2 years of preparation, collaboration, hard work, and long hours by the Student Data Team, Business Services Team, and Human Resources Team to make the migration a reality. Work on the migration does not stop after the new system goes live. After the new system is online, the migration teams will spend time configuring Qmlativ for district use.

Optional trainings are being offered through the end of the school year. Additional training opportunities will be made available starting up again in August and through the school year. If you would like to get a jump start on training, visit the Qmlativ Training SharePoint through the Qmlativ Training icon available in DORA to view resources at your own pace. More content will be added to the site as it becomes available.

• June 22nd - 3:00 PM - Hiring Packets
• For new employees to be onboarded into Skyward SMS 2.0 prior to our migration, please have all hiring packets turned in by 3:00 PM on June 22nd
  
  
• June 23rd - Secondary Schools
• All Grades must be submitted in Skyward by the end of day
  
  
• June 24th - Annual Skyward Student End of Year roll over
• Student systems will be unavailable Saturday, June 24th for the Data Team to complete the school year roll over process
• The process is occurring earlier this year to accommodate the migration to Qmlativ
  
  
• June 27th - 3:00 PM - Migration Begins
• All Skyward systems will be unavailable Tuesday, June 27th starting at 3:00 PM
• Please make sure you are logged out of Skyward before 3:00 PM on the 27th
• To see your June pay stub, please check Skyward SMS 2.0 on June 27th before 3:00 PM
• You will NOT have access to Skyward Qmlativ until July 17th
• If you have any questions regarding your paycheck, please contact the payroll department at payroll@fpschools.org
• ALL employee timesheets need to be turned in prior to leaving for the summer
  
  
• June 27th - July 6th - WSIPC Migrating Systems
• This time is the district dark days - meaning no district access to any Skyward systems
• Human Resources will not be able to complete the New Hire Orientation portion of the onboarding process during this time
  
  
• July 7th - July 16th - Qmlativ Configuration
• FPS district migration teams, Student Data Team, Human Resources, and Business Team, will be configuring the new Qmlativ system for district use
• The Human Resources department will resume the New Hire Orientation portion of the onboard process after the necessary set up and configurations are completed in Qmlativ
  
  
• July 17th - Qmlativ available for all district users
• GO LIVE for all district users
