Bloomingdale Blast
March 14, 2025
Bloomingdale Avenue School
What a wonderful week it has been! I'm thrilled to share some of the highlights. Our celebration of Girl Scout Week was a resounding success! We were so proud to see our girls demonstrating leadership, community spirit, and all the values that Girl Scouts embody.
Also, a huge thank you to Mrs. Biggiani for a truly insightful and engaging SEL Night at Hillside on Thursday. Mrs. Biggiani with the help of BAS students presented on the Full Value Principle, "Be Honest."
On Monday, we will kick off the week with a bit of playful chaos, and a lot of laughter, as Mr. Litz will demonstrate his versatility – both on wheels and, quite remarkably, taped to the wall!
Thank you for your continued partnership in making Bloomingdale Avenue School a place where every child can thrive.
Take care,
Mr. Litz

Thank you BAS Girl Scouts!
Thank you to all the Girl Scouts and troop leaders for helping us celebrate Girl Scout Week at Bloomingdale! 💚✨ Our scouts decorated the sidewalks of BAS with positive messages, conducted a book drive, shared facts about Girl Scouts over the announcements, and led the school in the Pledge of Allegiance each day.

Here are the first round winners from our first two weeks: Knight Owl, Interrupting Chicken, and Knuffle Bunny.
