ELA Summer Reading For our Dragons
Dear Dragons,
Happy Fall! Can you believe it's September already? With the chill in the air, we know football season is right around the corner—Go Eagles!!! As we gear up for the new school year, I wanted to share some tips to help you start strong:
Tips for a Great Year:
- Stay Organized: Keep track of your assignments, deadlines, and important dates Break them into manageable steps and celebrate your progress as you go.
- Stay Engaged: Actively participate in your classes and school activities. Connect with your teachers and peers to make the most of your educational experience.
- Seek Help: Don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it. Reach out to teachers, counselors, or friends if you’re facing challenges.
- Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep each night to help you stay alert and focused throughout the day. Good rest is crucial for your overall well-being and academic success.
- Limit Social Media: Consider turning off social media notifications during study times and before bed to help minimize distractions and improve your focus and sleep quality.
Enjoy the rest of your summer break, and I look forward to seeing all of you on the first day of school, September 5!
