Hello Dragon Families:
What a great year it was! Thank you for entrusting us with your children. We hope everyone has a safe and relaxing summer. We are always looking for ways to improve and grow as a school. Please consider completing this survey to provide us with your valued feedback.
The SCE office will close on June 4th and will reopen on July 18th. Our office will have shortened hours on July 22, 23, and 24 from 12:00 to 3:30 PM due to our Meet and Greet evenings. Please see the links below for the Meet and Greet information for next year. Be sure to check your parent portal for your child's 24-25 teacher before coming to our Meet and Greet evening. Sections will be released in mid-July.
Don't forget to register your child for the 24-25 school year if you have not already done so. Online registration can be found here.

Summer Reading Challenge
We are happy to announce a Summer Reading Challenge! Your child will not want to miss this opportunity to earn a pizza party with the Principal when we return to school in July! See the flyer for details!! Please click on this link if you want ideas for fun ways to practice reading and/or word list reviews to practice: Fun Summer Reading Activities. Keep in mind, the "Summer Reading Challenge" paper is what needs to be returned at the beginning of next school year to earn the pizza party! The other link is just information for families.
Sellersburg Public Library
Don't forget to sign your child up for the summer reading program at Sellersburg Public Library. This is another great way to keep your child reading!
Important Update
Beginning next year, students will only be allowed to have water in a clear plastic water bottle. We wanted to get this inormation out now so parents aren't buying bottles or tumblers that the students will not be allowed to bring.
Students will also not be allowed to wear belt bags at school. If a student wears a belt bag to school, they will be required to keep it in their cubby or locker during the day.
Silver Creek Volleyball Camp
Silver Creek Volleyball camp will be held June 10-12. Please see this link for registration and camp information.
Dragons Soccer Camp

Silver Creek Summer Tennis Clinic
