PARENT INVOLVEMENT
MCHS Environmental Club - GREEN Christmas Thrift Shop
Dear parents,
The MCHS Environmental Club and the MCHS Student Council is heartily asking for donations for any used items (clothing, shoes, jackets, puzzles, games, books, cups, etc) from Monday, November 25th to Thursday, November 28th. These donations will be used for our first free GREEN Christmas thrift shop which will be open every Wednesday in December (Dec 4, 11 and 18) during lunch for all students to come browse items, get something for themselves or do some holiday shopping.
Our goal is to help students spread some Christmas Cheer without costing a fortune. Your donations will not only help students during this time of year, but will also give items a new life instead of being thrown away!
MCHS’ environmental club and MCHS Student Council thanks you for your contributions.

SAFE AND CARING SCHOOLS
As parents, you play a crucial role in supporting your child. Open, non-judgmental conversations about the dangers of vaping can help. Encourage healthy coping mechanisms for stress, create a supportive environment, and if your child is struggling with a vape addiction, seek resources or professional help to assist them in quitting.
One great resource to help you or your child form a ‘quit plan’ for smoking cessation can be found here. For parent resources on a wide variety of addictions, check out AHS and family recovery service, PEP Society.
Together, we can raise awareness and help protect our kids from the dangers of addiction.
Counselling Corner
We'd like to take the time to mention that we offer a range of counselling services at MCHS. Whether it be for academic or personal reasons, students can get help. See the contact information below for details.

ATHLETICS
Volleyball Zones
We would like to congratulate the Senior Boys and Girls Volleyball teams on an incredible season. Throughout the year, both teams demonstrated determination, sportsmanship and represented our school with pride and unity.
During the playoffs, they battled fiercely, giving their all in every match. While they missed the podium, their effort and commitment left an undeniable mark on the court.
We are incredibly proud of each player for their dedication and teamwork, and we thank the coaches, families, and fans who supported them every step of the way. You’ve set a high standard for what it means to be an MCHS wolf!
