March Spirit Day Awards
🦁 Each month we have a Spirit Day where students and staff are encouraged to wear any NPE shirt and/or school colors. The classes with the highest percentage of participation are recognized and receive one entry into a drawing for a class party that will take place near the end of May. Congratulations to our March recipients. Our next Spirit Day will take place on Friday, April 26th. Good luck and GO LIONS! 🦁
Thank you, Harvest Church!
Thank you, Harvest Church for the delicious Dunkin Donuts delivery! Teachers and staff really enjoyed these sweet treats!
Run Hard Volunteers Needed!
Run Hard is in need of volunteers to help with monitoring the car loop during afternoon practices. "What does a volunteer do?" you may ask... Don't worry, you don't have to run. We need volunteers to help us keep eyes on our runners at every turn, as well as encouraging them to keep doing their best. Volunteers don't have to be present for the lesson. Although you are welcome for that as well, we really need your help during the training portion, 3:00-3:45pm. If you are interested in volunteering as a car loop monitor, please use this link to sign up. Thank you for your help with our runners!
Weekly Character Challenge
Each week, New Providence highlights student leaders who are demonstrating good character skills such as using the quiet signal, showing Roary's expectations, and/or exemplifying kindness. As a student shows one of these skills, they are presented with a ticket. That ticket is put into a box and names are drawn at the end of each week.
Congratulations to our drawing winners from the week of 3/25:
Mia P. - Smith
Ella W. - Smith
Hank F. - Scoma
Brent K. - Booth
Owen M. - Dailey
Julian L. - Sundberg
