We've extended the time for this party so there is more time for dancing, crafts and games! More time for the party goers means more time for you to have a date night or tackle some holiday shopping. This event is open to the whole community - Dance It Up! enrollment is not required, so bring friends to party with you! Registration is required for each participant.

Ease into the holidays with your comfiest dance class ever! Wear holiday dancewear or just your cuddly favorites, and we'll have lots of fun planned for our last classes before break!

What to do with Saturdays after Nutcracker is over? Come for a mixed level Company Class! Want to perform too? Join a ballet ensemble! Ms. Catherine will direct dancers who love ballet and enjoy learning classical and historic choreography in this environment of dedicated dancers. The ensemble groups perform in the Our World Is Dancing showcase, and the Spring Recital. Age leveled Company Classes will be taught by Ms. Catherine and Miss Ashley.

Dance Jam is a multi-age performance group that meets on Monday evenings and learns dances from a wide range of choreographers to be shown at various community and performance events all year long. Community performance opportunites include dancing on the ice at a Worcester Railers game, opening the show for the spring musical presented by Apple Tree Arts, and more! They will be performing the Peanut Brittle dance in this month's Nutcracker production. Come see what they do - you'll love the way the different age groups work together! Ready to join Dance Jam? Mini sessions are great for current students looking to try out a new genre, or with an opening in their schedule after fall sports wrap up. They are also a great way to introduce friends new to Dance It Up to our classes! Dancers in mini sessions participate in our full season classes, so they get the same great instruction without the long term commitment. Click the link above to get more information and to register for a mini session. If you don't see the genre you're looking for, ask us about adding a mini session in the dance style you'd like to take.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a body conditioning and strength building program that focuses on muscle memory development. Join us for a 3 week mini session in January, perfect for college students home on break and adults looking to kick off 2025 with a new activity. Ms. Catherine will teach this 60 minute class on 1/2, 1/9, and 1/16, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. The mini session cost for this program is $75.00.

We are getting ready to stir things up a bit with a mixed genre 6 week dance program. Dancers will work with teachers from multiple genres to sample styles in this exciting new twist on our mini sessions. Watch for more details and registration information this January.

Are adult dance classes for fitness and fun in your future? We invite you to share your interests and availability by completing the form linked below. As a thank you, respondents will receive one free adult dance class when registering for a session.

This one and a half hour long program has been developed to stimulate the minds and bodies of young, growing children. It introduces movement and music in a very unique style which encourages and allows them to explore their vast imaginations and to develop gross motor skills at their own pace, through the use of props, costumes, music and creative movement. Dance ‘N Play® was developed by educators to instill a love of movement and music in a safe and nurturing environment.

Dance ‘N Play® offers ongoing enrollment throughout the dance season and we welcome dancers as soon as they turn 2.5!

If your child is enrolled in Dance ‘N Play®, the new year brings new songs, new dances, and new sounds and rhythms... It's time for Tap! Please purchase your dancer's tap shoes by the time January classes begin. We can't wait to see, and hear, the fun new dances of the new year!

When you refer a friend who signs up for classes they get a $25 Dance It Up! tuition credit, and so do you! Make sure your referral contacts the office to let us know that you shared Dance It Up with them and we'll do the rest.

It's not too late for new students to join or for current students to add an additional class to their schedule. We offer ongoing registration for all your favorite classes and performance groups. Not sure if a class is right for you? Come to a free trial class to find out! See our class offerings listed by age group on the 2024-25 schedule, and sign up for classes on our website. Register before the end of the year to avoid the costume fee increase.

We've built up quite a collection of lost water bottles, coats and dance shoes. Our Lost & Found is located in the upper waiting area atop the white dancer cubbies.

Please mark all water bottles, shoes and clothing with your dancer's name and we will do our best to make sure your lost items are returned to you!

Please subscribe to texting for important time-sensitive information and reminders including ticket sales, weather closures and class updates. To subscribe, follow the directions in the image or log on to your Dance It Up account using your email. At the top of your screen in the blue menu bar, select Account -> Account Info and check the "Subscribe to updates via texting" box. Click the blue "Save" button.

We are adding extended holiday shopping hours on Thursdays in December. Stop in from 12-7 and shop while the kids are in school! Does your dancer have a page in our Wish List Book? We'll help you find just what they're looking for, or make recommendations to create the perfect gift. We wrap your purchases in our complimentary signature style so they are ready for giving!

We have great Nutcracker themed gifts including jewelry, stuffies, ornaments and more. It's not too late to have your gift wrapped and delivered to the performance. We will see you at the venue with our pop-up!

New jackets for kids. New jogger sweats for kids and adults. Adorable new track suits for our littlest dancers and a cozy two piece set for kids.
