We did not get a chance to do this last year. This is our Side By Side Concert and Social with the incoming freshmen from Cooper & McMillan Jr. High.

• Where - Cafeteria
  
• Who - Wind Symphony & Wind Ensemble 9-11 graders & Leadership Team
  
• Set Up - After school ALL Leadership and those who would like a position next year will be setting up the cafeteria with chairs and stands.
  
• 5:45pm – Jr. High students arrive at Wylie HS. All students will meet in the cafeteria at Wylie High School. No need to wear anything special. This is casual, informal, and fun!
  
• 6:00-7:00pm – 8th graders rehearse the music “Side-By-Side” current 9th-11th grade Wind Symphony and Wind Ensemble members.
  
• 7:00pm – Short Concert Performance featuring the current and future musicians of That Wylie Band.
  
• 7:15pm – FREE CHICK-FIL-A and drinks for participating students!!
  
• Parents will have a brief orientation meeting while the students eat.
  
• 7:45ish – Clean up - All are dismissed!
