Mrs. Glasser always has her students at the heart of her teaching. Her creative and innovative ideas she incorporates through her science classes are fun and engaging. Recently, Mrs. Glasser was one of the first teachers in the district to hold a science lab with both onsite and Lions Online students working together in groups. That was blended learning at its very best. Congratulations, Kyla!

Mrs. Graham is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure students are receiving the tools they need to be successful in the Searcy School District. She took a new position this year as the Searcy Learning Center teacher and moved locations. She did that with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. It is inspiring to see the interaction between Mrs. Graham and her students. Their love for her is clear. Congratulations, to Mrs. Amber Graham!

Searcy High School is fortunate to have Mrs. Holeyfield in the building. She wears many hats and performs whatever tasks are needed to ensure students and teachers have the support they need. She has been especially helpful during this unique time in education as she has assisted in the many times we have had to carefully distribute school related materials. As media specialist at Westside Elementary School, Mrs. Lawhon has been busy assisting parents and teachers with technological needs. She also keeps the Westside information current through the school’s website and social media pages. Parents depend on her to keep them up to date with any important information they need through Westside’s website and social media. But, Mrs. Lawhon’s favorite job is giving students the gift of reading! Well done, Mrs. Lawhon!
