Second Winter Break
Monday, February 26th - Tuesday, March 5th.

Ms. Chadwick paired up her students so that they could take turns quietly reading to each other. Everyone focused on Chapter five in their history book.

Students carved designs onto rubber blocks. The elevated images on the blocks were coated with black paint using rollers. The blocks were flipped over onto sheets of paper or placed under sheets of paper where they were pressed to leave a clear image behind.

In the first phase of a multi-part lesson on human shapes, Ms. Montgomery had students assemble wire and aluminum foil figures with similar proportions to a typical human being.
