Self-Care September with Mrs. Ledbetter
Hello Beadle Lake Families & Loved Ones,
Welcome Back! It's been such a joy having your kiddos back in the building and getting into new routines together. For September, we are focusing on Self-Care, and recognizing what our bodies and minds need in order to be successful here at school (and at home). We welcome you to join us in modeling for our learners using positive self talk, setting healthy boundaries, and taking deep breaths or a moment to ourselves when we're having big emotions to regulate before reacting. Although the academics of school remain so important, so do the skills needed to foster the social emotional well being of kids. We continuously work to help them make it a priority to take good care of themselves and the humans around them. Thanks for all you do to support all aspects of their education at home!
Your Partner In Education,
Mrs. Ledbetter
