Upcoming Dates
01/06: First Day Back from Break
01/20: No School President's Day
02/17-21: No School Mid-Winter Break
Drop Off and Pick Up
Just a reminder: programming for the M-Th program is 8-3 pm. Classroom doors shut at 8:05 and you must bring your child to the office after that time. A late pick up is anything after 3:10. After 3:30 law enforcement will wait with your child at the school. The front of the school is a Fire/Bus Lane. We ask that you DO NOT park in front of the school. Also, handicap spots are for those cars with license plates or tags. Police do pop in and ticket cars not adhering to the rules.
Weather Updates
Just a few weather reminders:
- Please send your child dressed for the weather. We do try and get outside for recess when the weather allows.
- If school is cancelled due to weather we will send out district communication and DOJO Messages

Family Resource Center
Wayne-Westland Community Schools has a Family Resource Center (FRC), which provides services to any student/family enrolled in our District, free of cost. Some of the services they provide are essential needs assistance, access to over 700 local resources, a Laundry Assistance Program and material items for those unable to afford them (emergency toiletries, socks/underwear, hats/gloves/scarves, etc.) They can also supply school supplies and backpacks year-round for any WWCS student. Please contact our Family Resource Center at 734-419-2709 or FRC@wwcsd.net. Our FRC also has a Digital Request for Services Form, which can be used to request assistance by filling out a simple form.
