Welcome back to the 2022 school year.
We are looking forward to the return of our tamariki on Tuesday 8th February. Unfortunately, as we are at RED in the Covid traffic light system, it is not possible for parents to come into school between 8.30am and 9am to deliver their tamariki to their new classrooms. Mrs Stananought, Mrs Brier and I will be on duty in the bus bay to support tamariki in their return to school and ensure that they find their new classroom for 2022.
Thank you to our new whānau / families who attended our induction meetings yesterday. It was great to meet you and your tamariki and we welcome you to the Ardmore School community.
He waka eke noa - we are all in this together.

Contactless Drop Off & Pick Up
In the morning, tamariki can be dropped off at school from 8.30am onwards. ALL tamariki are to be dropped off at the bus bay. Piwakawaka tamariki enter school via the junior gate and Tui and Ruru tamariki through the door by Mrs Stananought's office.
In the afternoon there are three pick up points:-
Piwakawaka from the bus bay
Tui from the swimming pool carpark. Please do not undertake a 'u' turn on Papakura Clevedon Road. It is not safe for you and your children.
Ruru from the Burnside Hall carpark in Burnside Road.
Please remember there is a 40kph speed limit from Burnside Road to Church Road during these times.
If you need to collect your child early, please email or ring the office to notify us and collect by 2.15pm at the latest.
Before and after school care is operational, as is the school bus.
Masks
Tamariki in Years 4 - 8 must wear masks indoors as per the Ministry of health mandate. For consistency, just as occurred last year, I ask that the Year 2 and 3 tamariki in Tui Whānau also wear masks when they are indoors.
Tamariki do not wear their masks outside or when eating.
Drink Bottles are Required
