Legal Titans Family, welcome back to school. It has been great to settle into classes and have everyone back together at school.

On Friday, we had a whole school welcome back gathering in the gym to introduce the staff and welcome the 16 new Titans students from our Grade 1-9 classes! We will honour these new Titans in a special event later in the month during our "welcome back spirit week"! We are "growing in love" and welcome our new students and families, and we hope everyone feels like part of the Titans Family at Legal School.

Legal Titans Sports Teams are up and running at Legal School. The teams are practicing this upcoming week from 3:15-4:15 p.m. Senior Teams start their season on Thursday, Sept. 14th, at Gibbons School. If you have any questions about volleyball please email Mr. Kary at pkary@gsacrd.ab.ca for more information.

The mornings, especially on school days, can be hectic. When we are rushed and running around in the morning with all of our tasks, it can be stressful and doesn’t always leave time for a calm start to the day. When we begin our day in a fixed frame of mind, it can be hard to get through the day positively.

Positive morning rituals can really shift the mindset in the morning and are a great way to feel more grounded and balanced as a family. Check out Big Life Journal’s rituals for a positive morning routine below.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Monique Webb, and I will be one of the school’s health teachers this year and the school counsellor. You will see me around the school each week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

While I am new to the Titans team and not entirely new to the area. I live on a hobby farm near the Morinville Colony with my husband and 2 teenagers. In our free time we enjoy camping, 4-H, riding horses, raising dogs, chickens and cats. We are all avid readers and enjoy taking trips to bookstores when we are travelling or heading into town.

The 2022-23 yearbooks have arrived and have been handed out to any families pre-purchased in the spring. A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Tymchuk, as well as Emma B. in grade 9 for all their hard work and dedication! We are so grateful for their efforts to complete this for our Titans' Families.

We are putting together a yearbook for this school year; watch for the advertisements in future newsletters on how to order a copy for your family!

There are still 25 copies available for sale if you would like a copy, send in $21 with your child, and we will get your copy out to you!

We do our best to provide as much information as possible about school events through various methods. This includes Legal School Website and web calendar, through email and our social media sites: Legal School Facebook Page.

As long as your email address is current, you will receive our weekly Titans' Times newsletter (week-at-a-glance) on the last day of school each week. The Legal School WAAG is also posted weekly on our school website. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about what is happening at Legal School.

The Legal Titans Spirit Wear with Sport Factor is the link to the online store is now open:

All items are custom-made and cannot be returned. Sizing charts can be found in the images for each item. The online store will close on Sept 28th. Delivery will be to the school.

Sale is based on supplier product availability and store minimums being met; all purchases will be reviewed when the store is closed. Customers will be contacted if there are any issues we can not resolve.

Grade 4-9 Dynamic Options will begin on Monday, September 18th. An email went home on Friday afternoon to parents wishing to register their children for this year's REC. Option.

Each Division Group (Grades 4-6 & 7-9) will be capped at 25 students for off-site activities.
