A Note on In-Home Visits
Home visits are a vital aspect of supporting families, and Parent Educators work incredibly hard to plan your personalized home visits. Please let us know if, due to illness, or life's other demands, you need to reschedule an in-person visit. We will gladly accommodate your family's needs by changing your in-person visit to a virtual or phone visit. While we understand that life happens and rescheduling can be a part of that, please know that your parent educators count on your visits. Virtual and/or phone visits allow us to maintain that connection in order to continue to offer the best support to your family!
Inclement Weather
Due to snow or freezing rain, it may be best for your Parent Educator to cancel and/or change your in-person visit to a virtual or phone visit, due to possible hazardous road conditions. We also work with the school district if they are closed for inclement weather. If the school district closes when a PAT event is to take place, the event will be cancelled and rescheduled to a different date. Let's all stay safe out there!
