CELEBRATIONS
Great things are happening at WCS!
On Friday, March 14th, select students from District 3 music programs in grades 6, 7, and 8 attended Brunswick Junior High School for a full day of rehearsals in band, chorus, and jazz band. Woolwich Central School was represented by Helen Rogers and Paige Bowen in band, and by Nathanael Doak jazz band. They worked tirelessly for over 5 hours of rehearsals alongside other excellent young musicians from District 3 schools to rehearse challenging music with top Maine state conductors. All their hard work culminated early that evening, in two fabulous performances played for hundreds of people. We are so very proud of the conduct, effort, and professionalism brought forth by our Woolwich Central School musicians!
